How do I order?

We have a very simple ordering process and all orders are taken via our website. Check your files are set to the correct size/ dimensions to fill the area you wish to print

  • Select your Product
  • Upload the files
  • Pick material options and Quantity
  • Add your product to the shopping basket
  • Click the Agree Terms check box then Click the checkout Button, where you will be prompted to enter debit/credit card details through our secure payment site.

Do I receive a proof before you start printing?

We don’t supply you with a digital proof, our website will give you a print preview on screen before you place your order

What type of files do you accept?

We accept all the following files:

  • PDF
  • JPEG
  • TIFF

Do You Supply Any Templates?

All of our products require you to upload print ready files. No templates are currently available

If I send my files to print, how long will it take?

This is dependent on the delivery service that you select.

  • Standard Service 4 working days
  • Premium Service 24 hours for orders placed before noon

Note: that turnaround time means time before we dispatch from our premises.

How is my order delivered?

Your order will be delivered in the UK by Parcelforce. You will receive an email confirmation once your order has been shipped

Can you deliver on weekends?

As standard, all products will be delivered Monday-Friday.

Do I have to pay VAT?

All products will be subject to a charge of 20%. All invoices can be downloaded once your order has been completed.

What happens if I am unable to find the size/product I want?

Please send us an email to support@paragonuk.com and letting us know what exactly you need. If we can print your request, we will get back to you straight away to arrange your order. If not, we will add your request to our list of suggested product enhancements.

What is CMYK?

CMYK colour mode is used for files intended for print. It stands for the four inks used in the full colour process: Cyan, Magenta, Yellow and Black. The "K" stands for key rather than black.

What is RGB?

RGB colour mode is used for display on electronic systems, such as computer monitors. It stands for Red, Green, and Blue.
The RGB colour model is an additive model in which the colours are added together in different ways to produce a wide array of colours.

Can I order by telephone?

All our orders are taken via our website.
If you are having problems ordering, send an email to support@paragonuk.com and one of the team will guide you through the process.

What if I miss delivery of my goods?

Our courier will leave you a calling card to let you know they have tried to deliver. Please contact the courier on the number provided on the card to re-arrange delivery of your goods,

Is your packaging branded in any way?

Our products will come in plain packaging and contain a copy of your printed order

What payment methods do you accept?

Our site will accept all major credit and debit cards

Do you offer any discounts?

Yes, frequently. For current offers and discounts, please visit our Webshop shop.servicepointuk.com. Additionally, we sometimes send out emails with special offers to our customers. We will ensure that you do not receive these emails too frequently, and that you can easily opt-out of these emails whenever you want.

Which printing method do you use?

Most of the products are printed using the latest digital printing technology. Certain products in higher quantities such as Business Cards and Letterheads will be printed lithographically.

What happens if my delivery does not arrive?

Should your order not arrive on the day it was due to be delivered, please send an email to support@paragonuk.com and our team will track your order

Can I change my delivery address after I have placed my order?

Please ensure you enter your details correctly before submitting your order. If you have entered incorrect details and confirmed your order, please send an email to support@paragonuk.com and where possible we will make amendments to your shipping address. Changes to a delivery address are not possible once your shipping manifest has been raised.
